A man unloading bags from a taxi was assaulted by two men in Ipswich, leaving him with a swollen face.
Witnesses are being sought after the perpetrators were seen walking off towards Maidenhall Approach following the attack in Station Street at around 6.20pm on Monday.
A Suffolk Constabulary spokesman said: “A man was assaulted in the street by two men as he was unloading bags from a taxi.
“The two men walked off in the direction of Maidenhall Approach. The male victim sustained swelling to the face as a result of the incident.”
One offender is described as a white man in his early 20s and around 5ft 7ins tall with blonde hair. He was wearing a black puffa jacket with a black hood and tracksuit trousers.
The second offender is described as a white man aged in his late teens to early 20s and around 5ft tall with brown hair. He was wearing a grey tracksuit.
