Police are appealing for witnesses after a burglary in Ipswich, during which the resident disturbed an offender.
The incident happened in Belle Vue Road at approximately 4.15pm on Monday, December 2.
The male resident entered one of the rooms to find an individual, who he chased out of the property. An amount of cash was later found to be stolen from within.
The offender is described as wearing a long coat, dark coloured clothing and gloves.
