TRIBUTES have been paid to “effervescent” and “vivacious” mum-of-two Jade Bagley.

Friends today described the 24-year-old as “a shining soul” who took on life’s challenges in “the best way she could”.

Miss Bagley collapsed with a heart attack on Tuesday night at her home in Hogarth Road. Medics battled for around an hour but were unable to save her.

A post mortem examination, carried out yesterday, was unable to determine a cause of death. Police have now requested further toxicology tests to be carried out.

Today, friends of Miss Bagley spoke of their heartache and sadness.

One pal described her as “effervescent, funny and memorable”. Another said: “Jade has two lovely things in her life – her children. She was strong and always took on the challenges the best way she could.”

Clare Wilson said: “It is with such sadness I learned of the death of Jade. I had sent her a text message on Tuesday night asking how she was doing.

“This is a sad day for us and we will remember Jade’s vivaciousness and love for life. Fly high precious butterfly.”

Another tribute to the young mum said: “Jade had a warm heart and a shining soul. Those who loved her will miss her so much. Taken too soon.”

A call to the ambulance service was made shortly after 10.50pm on Tuesday. Police were alerted to the incident at 11.35pm.

A spokesman for the ambulance service said they were called to reports of a woman in her 20s who was reported unconscious but breathing.

He said paramedics had made “every effort” to save her.

A 38-year-old woman and two men, aged 21 and 33, were questioned by detectives having been arrested on suspicion of administering a noxious substance. They have all been released on bail until May 8.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call Ipswich CID on 101.
