WE'VE all heard about aging players being blamed for footballing slumps – but now a 900-year-old has been blamed for Ipswich Town's poor start to the season!
Construction workers building the new North Stand at Portman Road are believed to have disturbed the ground where a 12th century knight died.
And he's believed to have returned to bring a depressing aura to the ground – until he was dealt with by Ipswich medium Sue Knock.
Her work to cleanse the area has coincided with Town's recent revival – and now she has joined thousands of other fans in hoping that the knight will be able to rest in peace and not disturb the team again.
