The primetime TV show, which is hosted by Ben Shephard, Rochelle Humes and Chris ‘Kammy’ Kamara, is on the look out for competitors to challenge the assault course.

The ITV show said the ideal contestant would be from Essex however they are looking for people from all over, the only requirement is that the applicant is over 18.
