A selection of jewellery has been stolen from a home in Bramford during a burglary last week.

The incident happened in Ravens Lane, Bramford, sometime between 1pm and 5pm on Friday, October 20.

The female victim left the home secure and locked at 1pm, but found that a search of her home had taken place and a large double pane of glass in the patio doors had been smashed.

A police spokesman said that various items of jewellery had been taken from inside a wooden box, including a gold bracelet, a wedding ring, a gold ring, a pair of gold earrings and another pair of earrings.

Officers are asking anyone who witnessed what happened or has any information which may help them to contact police on 101, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
