The number of people claiming Jobseeker's Allowance last month fell by 6,400 to 807,700, according to figures released by the Office for National Statistics. This represents a 32-year low as the number of people claiming unemployment decreased for the 15th month in a row.
Average earnings increased by four per cent in the year to November, which is unchanged on the previous month.
