The Suffolk Agricultural Association (SAA) has joined forces with the Cancer Campaign in Suffolk and Macmillan Cancer Relief to host a Jubilee Millennium Ball at the Suffolk County Showground on Saturday, June 1, to raise funds for all cancer charities in Suffolk.

Chair of the ball, Bee Kemball, said: "It is our intention to raise in excess of £10,000 from the evening and fund raising activities."

Christopher Bushby, SAA executive director, said: "One in three people are touched by cancer in their life and the association is pleased that we can provide the facilities for this sort of ball."
