Jury sent home in Ipswich murder trial

THE jury in the murder trial of Ipswich barmaid Janet Fleming were today sent home for the weekend after failing to reach a verdict at Norwich Crown Court.

THE jury in the murder trial of Ipswich barmaid Janet Fleming have been sent home for the weekend after failing to reach a verdict at Norwich Crown Court.

With all the evidence in the case heard the two men accused of her murder, Damien Duberry and Leon Sobers expected to learn of their fate yesterday.

But after a day of deliberation the Honourable Mr Justice Moses called the jury back at 4pm and told them to take a break over the weekend and come back on Monday.
