A KNIFE-WIELDING man was cautioned by police after he threatened bouncers in Ipswich.The 24-year-old clubber wielded a knife at door staff at Liquid nightclub after they refused him entry into the night spot.
A KNIFE-WIELDING man was cautioned by police after he threatened bouncers in Ipswich.
The 24-year-old clubber wielded a knife at door staff at Liquid nightclub in Cardinal Park after they refused him entry into the night spot.
The man then returned to his car and drove around the car park brandishing a knife in the direction of door staff.
Police today said a doorman approached the vehicle and managed to detain the offender until they arrived.
The incident happened at around 2.30am on Saturday.
Police had earlier been alerted by security staff of a man acting suspiciously in the area near to D-place and he was monitored on CCTV.
A police spokeswoman said: "A 24-year-old man from Essex was cautioned by police for possession of an offensive weapon."
