Kuqi completes Rovers switch

BLACKBURN Rovers today completed the capture of Ipswich striker Shefki Kuqi.

The 28-year-old Finland international, who scored 20 goals for the Blues last season, moves to Ewood Park after rejecting a new deal at Portman Road.

The 28-year-old Finland international, who scored 20 goals for the Blues last season, moves to Ewood Park after rejecting a new deal at Portman Road.

Kuqi has signed a three-year contract and joins a Blackburn side that has shipped out one striker this summer with Jon Stead joining Premiership rivals Sunderland in a £1.8million deal.
