TWO landscape gardeners from Essex were due to appear in court today after officers seized nearly £3million worth of cocaine.

Officers from the Essex Serious Organised Crime investigated team arrested the pair from Basildon just before 9am yesterday in Howards Road, Harlow.

Some 30kgs of cocaine was recovered, which is thought to have a street value of £3m-the largest drugs haul in Essex this year.

It is thought the drugs were destined for Essex.

Ryan Ludlow, 25, and Ray O'Donovan, 27, were remanded in custody and were due to appear in Harlow Magistrates today.
