Limousine drivers cautioned

FIVE stretch limousine drivers in Suffolk have been cautioned after being found carrying passengers without the correct licences and insurance.The drivers, four in Ipswich and one in Stowmarket, were stopped as part of a clampdown being carried out by Suffolk police and licensing officers.
