The Lions Club of Ipswich has brought back its race night fundraisers to help good causes in Ipswich to raise much needed cash.
The Lions Club’s race night members lay on the events for charities, providing all the equipment and presenting the evening on behalf of the cause.
Wendy Cook from the club said: “Race nights are unique fundraising events where participants can enjoy winning money whilst at the same time raising funds towards their own nominated charity.”
The club supplies full tote betting management, betting tickets, all audio-visual and PA equipment, plus staff and a presenter for the evening.
Sarah Wilson from Bramford Golf Centre, which previously held a race night by the Lions, said: “The Lions are enthusiastic and accomplished hosts making the whole evening great fun.”
