It’s raining on the coast – snowing in Ipswich and freezing drizzle, or frizzle, in other places.

Given that temperatures at road levels are below freezing, this has the potential to cause difficult conditions for drivers.

So slow down – keep your lights on!

Given that more snow is predicted for this afternoon it could be a nasty day on our roads – and emergency services were at the scene of one crash, in the Ravenswood area.

The A12 and A14 corridors were clear – but traffic was very slow in the Copdock roundabout area.
