Police investigating the murder of a father-of-five from Trimley have made another arrest.

A 25-year-old man was arrested at an address in London this morning in connection with the death of Dean Stansby.

The man is being taken to the Martlesham Police Investigation Centre where he will be interviewed by detectives.

He was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder and being involved in supplying class A drugs.

Trimley man Mr Stansby suffered a stab wound to his stomach near Ipswich railway station on February 8.

Emergency crews rushed the 41-year-old to Ipswich Hospital, where he died a short while later.

Four men charged in connection with his murder are set to stand trial later this month.

Detectives stopped and interviewed more than 600 motorists as part of the investigation into Mr Stansby’s death.

Floral tributes were left to him at the scene of the stabbing.

He was described by family as a larger than life character.
