A young man has been killed in a shooting in south London.
The victim, thought to be in his late teens or early 20s, was found with gunshot wounds outside a block of flats in Tulse Hill. He died at the scene.
Police said they were alerted to reports of shots being fired outside Purser House at 11pm on Monday.
