A FIRE broke out in the cab of a lorry near to the waterfront in Ipswich in the early hours of this morning.
The lorry was parked in Toller Road, just off Cliff Road, when firefighters were called to reports of a blaze at about 1.30am.
Two crews from Princes Street fire station arrived at the scene to find the cab of the LGV lorry well alight.
Two breathing sets and a hose reel jet were used to bring the flames under control by about 1.50am.
