FOUR crews tackled a fire which ripped through a lorry carrying chickens today.
FOUR crews tackled a fire which ripped through a lorry carrying frozen chickens today.
The blaze took place in the lay-by of the west-bound A14 at Bar Hill, near Cambridge, shortly before 3am.
Two jets and two hose reels were used to fight the flames.
One lane of the carriageway was temporarily blocked while the lorry was recovered.
