POLICE have today charged a 51-year-old Dutch man following a fatal smash on a Suffolk road. Hugh Ouwenhand was charged with driving without due care and attention, failing to stop at the scene of a road traffic collision and two charges relating to Tacograph offences.

Hugh Ouwenhand was charged with driving without due care and attention, failing to stop at the scene of a road traffic collision and two charges relating to Tacograph offences.
The collision between two lorries and a silver Honda Accord happened near the slip road of the Thousand Guineas Service Station at about 6.25pm on December 1.
Honda driver Kristoffer Tott, of Newmarket, was taken to Addenbroke's Hospital where he died on Thursday. He was 22.
Ouwenhand is due to appear at Bury St Edmunds Magistrates' Court on December 11.
