PORTUGAL'S public prosecutor will consider charges over missing Madeleine McCann after papers outlining the case against her parents were expected to be handed over to him.
The prosecutor is then expected to consider charges against Kate and Gerry McCann, Portuguese police spokesman Olegario Sousa said.
