A 43-year-old man from Ipswich has been arrested in connection with the incident
An Ipswich man has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs and for failing to stop after an accident on Spring Road yesterday.
The accident happened close to the pharmacy on Spring Road, Ipswich, at around 10.50am.
One vehicle was a Ford Fiesta, while a witness described the car which left the scene as a black Vauxhall.
One man, a 43-year-old from Ipswich, has been arrested in connection with the incident.
A bail date has not yet been confirmed.
