A MAN has been arrested and a woman's body found following the discovery of a clump of blood and hair by a roadside in north Suffolk.Police were called to the A146 at Beccles on Friday after a member of the public made the gruesome discovery.

Police were called to the A146 at Beccles on Friday after a member of the public made the gruesome discovery.
A 41-year-old man handed himself in at Barking police station in east London on Saturday night and was arrested in connection with the find.
The body of a 35-year-old woman was later found in a car in Roxwell near Chelmsford.
