Man attacked in attempted robbery
ROBBERS attacked a man in Ipswich last night when he refused to give them money.The 55-year-old man was hit in the head and face after he was confronted by two men in Cauldwell Hall Road between 7pm and 7.
ROBBERS attacked a man in Ipswich last night when he refused to give them money.
The 55-year-old man was hit in the head and face after he was confronted by two men in Cauldwell Hall Road between 7pm and 7.45pm.
Although he suffered swelling and bruising, the man was not seriously injured in the attack.
Police are now looking for two white men of large build, both wearing shite peaked baseball caps.
One was wearing a grey jacket and dark trousers, he was clean shaven and had short hair.
No detailed description is available for the other attacker.
