A 26-YEAR-OLD man has been charged with actual bodily harm after an alleged attack at the V Festival at Hylands Park in Chelmsford, Essex.
A 26-YEAR-OLD man has been charged with actual bodily harm after an alleged attack at the V Festival at Hylands Park in Chelmsford, Essex.
The man, from mid-Glamorgan, is due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, January 9.
A 32-year-old man was found unconscious at the concert on August 18.
Another man arrested in relation to the alleged assault has been released without charge.
