A 22-YEAR-OLD Bramford man has been cleared of offences of indecency towards two schoolboys.
David Miller, of Packard Place, Bramford, who had always maintained his innocence, was found not guilty of all the charges against him after a week-long trial at Ipswich Crown Court.
Miller had denied two offences of indecent assault and two offences of indecency with a child relating to two boys aged between eight and 13.
Miller was cleared last week of one of the charges of indecent assault on the direction of Judge Nicholas Beddard and yesterday a jury found him not guilty of the three remaining charges.
It had been alleged that Miller had touched one of the boys indecently while they were sharing a bed and had indecently exposed himself to the other boy and asked him to do the same.
Miller claimed he had fallen out with one of the boys when he refused to take him to the pub.
He said the boys could have got together and invented the allegations against him.
