EMERGENCY services are currently at the scene of a horrific accident where a man has been crushed by a loader.The incident happened just after 4pm at the water works in Yarmouth Road, Lound, near Lowestoft.
EMERGENCY services are currently at the scene of a horrific accident where a man has been crushed by a loader.
The incident happened just after 4pm at the water works in Yarmouth Road, Lound, near Lowestoft.
A spokesman for Suffolk police said they attended after receiving reports of an industrial injury.
He said the man involved suffered serious chest and leg injuries.
“The Health and Safety Executive has been informed and it is now up to them to decide if they want to take any action,” he said.
A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service confirmed paramedics were called to the scene but was unable to give any more information.
