A MAN has this morning been charged with a number of offences relating to weapons and explosives after police raids in west Suffolk and Norfolk earlier this year.
A MAN has this morning been charged with a number of offences relating to weapons and explosives after police raids in west Suffolk and Norfolk earlier this year.
David Lucas, 49, of South Road in Lakenheath, has been charged with possession of explosives under suspicious circumstances and possession of an explosives substance without an explosives licence.
He also faces charges of possession of a prohibited weapon, possession of ammunition with intent to endanger life, possession of ammunition without a firearms certificate; and two counts of possession of prohibited ammunition.
Lucas is due before Bury Magistrates on 10th November 2009
