A MAN was found decapitated by a chainsaw in the flat he was fighting to be allowed to stay in.
David Phyall, 50, was the last tenant in an area earmarked for redevelopment in Eastleigh, Hants.
His decapitated body was found by police and paramedics on July 5, and a post mortem showed he died of a complete transection of the neck and a chainsaw wound to the neck.
Hampshire Police said the death is not being treated as suspicious.
