AN INVESTIGATION is under way today after a 20-year-old pilot was catapulted from the cockpit of his glider as it crashed on approach to a runway on the Suffolk/Essex border.
AN INVESTIGATION is under way today after a 20-year-old pilot was catapulted from the cockpit of his glider as it crashed on approach to a runway on the Suffolk/Essex border.
The pilot is currently being treated for suspected head injuries in Colchester Hospital after the crash at Wormingford Airfield near Stoke by Nayland.
