A MAN is today starting a six-month prison sentence after being spotted simulating sex against a wall.

It was the sixth time John Frost has breached his Anti Social Behaviour Order (ASBO) which states he must not drink intoxicating liquor, make lewd comments or expose himself.

The 34-year-old was arrested in the early evening last Tuesday after he was found drunk outside a Woodbridge theatre.

A witness, who sat outside the Riverside Theatre with her two children, watched as Frost swigged drink from a bottle labelled lemon juice.

Sandra Dyer, prosecuting in the case, said: "It was about 6.30pm when the witness sat down outside the theatre and saw a man on the other side of the road.

"He kept jumping up and simulating having sex with a wall."

Miss Dyer told the court Frost also simulated performing a sexual act on himself as cars passed him.

At one point he was heard saying: "I love little girls."

Police were called at about 7.50pm and Frost showed them two bottles of cider he had been drinking from.

Frost, of Hasketon Road, Burgh, pleaded guilty to breaking the ASBO at South East Suffolk Magistrates Court.

Dino Barricella, mitigating, said: "He was released from prison for a previous breach ten weeks ago and had no funds.

"He had been getting hassle from his father to sort himself out and started drinking to get courage to go to the job centre.

"He is not a particularly harmful man but is complex and unusual. He is a large adult man but is a simple and vulnerable man.

"He is effectively a child in a man's body."

Mr Barricella told the court that Frost has learning disabilities and has previously spent time in St Clements Hospital.
