A MAN has died after he was hit by a car while crossing the A127 in Essex.The victim was crossing the London-bound carriageway near a pub at Wickford when the crash happened at about 11pm last night.
A MAN has died after he was hit by a car while crossing the A127 in Essex.
The victim was crossing the London-bound carriageway near a pub at Wickford when the crash happened at about 11pm last night.
He had made it to the central reservation but collided with a blue Mini Cooper, driven by a 17-year-old from Brentwood, as he tried to cross the track.
Police are looking to speak to the driver of an HGV who may have witnessed the crash.
