A MAN killed when the lorry tyre he was inflating exploded in his face can today be named as Martin Bacon.
A MAN killed when the lorry tyre he was inflating exploded in his face can today be named as Martin Bacon.
The 27-year-old died on Wednesday at Chilton Grain on the outskirts of Sudbury.
Mr Bacon, who colleagues said worked for Great Cornard firm Dial-A-Tyre, was treated at the scene by paramedics but had serious injuries to his upper body.
He lived in the Sudbury area.
A spokesman for Chilton Grain said: “This is a tragedy and our hearts go out to his family.”
The Health and Safety Executive have launched an investigation into Mr Bacon's death.
