Man mugged for mobile phone in Princes Street, Ipswich

Help is needed to trace a group of men following a robbery in Ipswich town centre.

It happened in Princes Street around 10.30pm yesterday when a man was talking on his mobile phone.

Two or three men, described as black, approached the victim from the King Street direction and threatened him for his phone.

The victim ran towards the Cornhill, but was assaulted outside the bank, and the phone was stolen.

The victim sustained a cut and grazing to his face.
