A MAN accused of producing an imitation hand gun on a bus in Ipswich has been told he will appear before Ipswich Crown Court.
Gary Fulcher of Curriers Lane, Ipswich appeared at South East Suffolk Magistrates' Court today accused of one charge of having an imitation fire arm on the bus on March 12.
The 44-year-old is accused of having the imitation Walther PPK self loading pistol with intent to cause a belief that unlawful violence would be used.
Fulcher will appear at Ipswich Crown Court for a plea and case management hearing on May 30.
He did not enter a plea against the charge today. He was released on unconditional bail.
