A MAN is today being quizzed in relation to two assaults after being arrested by police last night.Police were called to outside Edwards bar in Great Colman Street at 1.47am following reports of a 20-year-old woman being headbutted.
A MAN has been released on bail after an assault on a woman outside an Ipswich nightspot.
Police were called to outside Edwards bar in Great Colman Street at 1.47am on Sundayfollowing reports of a 20-year-old woman being butted.
The man arrested over the incident has been released on bail to return to Ipswich police station later on in June.
A police spokesman said the woman's husband said she had been assaulted in Quilt nightclub earlier.
The spokesman said: “A male was already in custody in relation to another assault.”
