A MAN arrested following the discovery of the body of a new born baby in Bury St Edmunds has been rebailed today.The body of the baby was found in the West Road area of the town on Saturday July 7 and a 42-year-old man from Bury St Edmunds was originally arrested on suspicion of concealment of a birth.

The body of the baby was found in the West Road area of the town on Saturday July 7 and a 42-year-old man from Bury St Edmunds was originally arrested on suspicion of concealment of a birth.
However that has now been changed child destruction and the man must return to Bury St Edmunds police station on October 10.
A 31 year old woman from Bury St Edmunds has also been arrested, on suspicion of murder. She has been released on police bail to return to the same police station on December 11th.
