People have been warned to be vigilant after a man was spotted selling branded watches from the back of a van in Ipswich.

Suffolk Trading Standards received reports yesterday that a man was selling ‘Globenfield’ watches from the back of a Toyota Rav 4×4 style vehicle in the B&Q car park in Ransomes Europark.

Suffolk Constabulary is advising people to be cautious of anyone selling products at an incredibly reduced price.

Anyone who is suspicious of goods offered for sale in this way should report the matter to Suffolk police by calling 101 or the Citizens Advice consumer helpline on 03454 04 05 06.
