Man sustains injuries during attack in Woodbridge

Police are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.

A 43-year-old man was assaulted in Woodbridge in the early hours of Saturday.

The victim was walking along Ipswich Road around 1.30am when he was attacked by two men.

He sustained a nose bleed and soreness to the face and body, where he had been struck.

The offenders have only been described as white men.

Anyone with information can call Suffolk police on 101, quoting crime number WO/15/1657.
