A SUFFOLK man accused of killing his wife has appeared at Ipswich Crown Court today.Anthony Morley, who pleaded not guilty in September to committing manslaughter, is to stand trial on April 7 next year.
A SUFFOLK man accused of killing his wife has appeared at Ipswich Crown Court today.
Anthony Morley, who pleaded not guilty in September to committing manslaughter, is to stand trial on April 7 next year. The 44-year-old of Eagle Walk, Bury St Edmunds was released from court on conditional bail.
His step mother Josephine Miller put up a £6,000 surety which would be forfeited if Morley failed to attend his trial.
