A MASSIVE oil spill caused traffic problems in the centre of a Suffolk town today.
Firefighters returning to the fire station in Gregory Street, Sudbury, noticed large amounts of diesel along the road at noon today. This resulted in a fire engine skidding on the road and there were also reports of people falling off bikes.
Suffolk police said that the incident, which was also affecting North Street, caused significant congestion in the area. The scene has now been cleared.
