A FATHER and son appeared in court yesterday accused of killing a 21-year-old man in a McDonald's restaurant.
Richard Moore, of Norwich, died after receiving head injuries during an incident at the restaurant in the city on Wednesday.
Gerard Stonehouse, 48, and his son Jonathan, 18, both of Norwich, appeared before magistrates accused of manslaughter.
The were granted bail as soon as a suitable bail hostel outside Norfolk had been found.
The case was sent to Norwich Crown Court for a preliminary hearing on April 11.
