Richard Moore, of Norwich, died after receiving head injuries during an incident at the restaurant in the city on Wednesday.

Gerard Stonehouse, 48, and his son Jonathan, 18, both of Norwich, appeared before magistrates accused of manslaughter.

The were granted bail as soon as a suitable bail hostel outside Norfolk had been found.
