A MISSING teenager and her father have today been found safe and well after a police launched an urgent inquiry.

Krystal McNulty, 15 and her father, 40-year-old David Griffiths disappeared on Sunday and detectives launched the missing person's inquiry, fearing for the pair's safety.

But they were found today in the seaside town of Bognor Regis by Sussex Police.

Krystal was last seen at around 9.30am on Sunday when she left an address in Ipswich to return home.

It is believed she then met Mr Griffiths and the two left Suffolk in a black Saab car, registration M250 MYN.

Police feared the pair had headed to Kent, or even further afield after the car was spotted at the Dartford crossing on Sunday at around 1.40pm.

Several appeals were made for either Mr Griffiths or his daughter to contact police and let people know they were safe and also for anyone who might have spotted them to come forward.

Suffolk police thanked the media and the public and other police forces, particularly Sussex Police for their help in the investigation.
