An Ipswich teenager reported missing to police has now been found “safe and well”, Suffolk Constabulary has said.

Matas Vaitekunuas, aged 14, was reported missing to police on Monday, November 20.

On Saturday night (November 25), police said he had been found “safe and well”.

A Suffolk Constabulary spokesman said: “Suffolk police previously circulated an appeal to help trace a missing 14-year-old teenager who (had been) missing from Ipswich since Monday, November 20.

“We would like to thank members of the public who responded to this appeal and are pleased to advise he has now been located safe and well.”
