A FRESH investigation is being launched by Essex Police today into the disappearance of a teenager 16 years ago.

A FRESH investigation is being launched by Essex Police today into the disappearance of a teenager 16 years ago.

Dinah McNicol was 18 when she failed to return to her family home in Tillingham after a trip to a music festival in Hampshire in the summer of 1991.

It is now hoped that advances in science and technology and a renewed appeal might bring help discover what happened to her.
