A SUFFOLK motorist has been found not guilty of dangerous driving near Needham Market.Keith Brooks, 39, was however found guilty of careless driving and was fined £750 by Ipswich Crown Court.
A SUFFOLK motorist has been found not guilty of dangerous driving near Needham Market.
Keith Brooks, 39, was however found guilty of careless driving and was fined £750 by Ipswich Crown Court.
During the trial the court heard that Brooks of Rochester Way, Sudbury, had overtaken a vehicle on the B1078 road and collided with oncoming traffic.
He told the court he believed he had driven carelessly as his mind had been on his ill wife. He denied he had driven dangerously.
