MOTORISTS travelling towards Ipswich have been caught in tailbacks today after an accident on the A12.A 20-year-old man was taken to Ipswich Hospital with possible knee injuries after the crash on the northbound carriageway at Stratford St Mary.
MOTORISTS travelling towards Ipswich have been caught in tailbacks today after an accident on the A12.
A 20-year-old man was taken to Ipswich Hospital with possible knee injuries after the crash on the northbound carriageway at Stratford St Mary.
The accident happened just after 7am and involved a Volvo lorry, a Fiat Punto and a Reno Laguna.
Fire and ambulance crews attended the scene and Suffolk police closed one lane of the A12 which is now open.
Traffic is now flowing freely.
