A MOTORIST and passenger escaped serious injury in a single vehicle collision on the A136 Acton road near Melford.Firefighters from Long Melford, Sudbury and Bury St Edmunds were called to the accident around 7pm yesterday and had to free two people using heavy cutting equipment.
A MOTORIST and passenger escaped serious injury in a single vehicle collision on the A136 Acton road near Melford.
Firefighters from Long Melford, Sudbury and Bury St Edmunds were called to the accident around 7pm yesterday and had to free two people using heavy cutting equipment.
A spokesman for Suffolk police said no other vehicles were involved and the injuries to driver and passenger were not thought to be life threatening.
