WHEN Sarah Davey started giving birth it came as something as a shock - she did not even know she was pregnant.
Miss Davey fell pregnant despite contraception, went through nine months without noticing and she only knew she was going to be a mother again when the labour started this week.
Her partner Sean Meadows was on hand to deliver baby Codie in their Ipswich flat as there was no time to wait for an ambulance.
Today, mother and baby are both healthy and well at the family's home.
Miss Davey, 22, said: “Shock is the only way of describing it.”
