At Holbrook Primary School a special mural was unveiled in an assembly yesterday in memory of those who lost their lives in a world war.
Around 20 mosaic poppies were placed on a wall surrounding the school’s existing First World War memorial.
This bears the names of those connected with the school who died in the conflict.
Acting deputy headteacher Emma Clubb said all the pupils at the school had been involved in creating the mural.
It was made with help from Wild Raspberry ceramics cafe
